Welcome to Ogee.

The Ogee arch, in architectural terms, is symbolic of a meeting place of two curves.

It’s from this, we chose the name Ogee to represent our small space. A meeting place, here on a small corner in North Hobart’s outskirts, where we want to celebrate the simplistic beauty of great food, great wine, and sharing it with great company.

28 seats, the epitome of a small neighbourhood restaurant, inspired by the timeless quality of European bistros. We take influence from everything local and Tasmanian in all it’s glory, alongside French and Italian cultural and culinary traditions, to present something humble, yet finessed. This is our home, and we hope you feel as comfortable here as we do.

We are open Thursday-Sunday evenings from 5pm, and Saturday & Sunday lunch from 12pm. We do take a small amount of reservations, however walk-ins are still very welcome. If you would like to book a table, please head to the ‘reservation’ tab on our website.
